are the grooves cut into the I-15 into Las Vegas to create an unpleasant vibration for truckers above a set speed?

notice that this is the right / slow lane, the one trucking is supposed to stay in.

I ask, and please verify or explain otherwise if you know, because while driving 26 ton cargo vans, I found that certain parts of I-15 and I-163 here in San Diego have a wave pattern that only starts to make your truck "buck" like it's a a very fast teeter totter if you get over 55 or 65 miles an hour
