the Union, the Southern, and the Santa Fe

  1. You might want to use the proper names of the railroads. The unit closest to the camera is a Southern Pacific EMD E-9, in the middle it's a Union Pacific EMD E-9, then the last unit is a Santa Fe EMD F-7A.

While there was a Union Railroad, and a Southern Railroad, they were seperate and unrelated companies.

    1. Nope, I don't. I did it the right way, for me, and for my readers, because I am not interested in being informative about the railroad companies, or the models of the trains. I'm not a train fanatic, I'm just appreciative of the overall design look to these, and that this photographer captured them all in one place at the same time. Most of the time I post photos because they look cool, and not to be educational. I leave that to bloggers who know stuff.
