Sweden has an embassy and diplomatic relations with North Korea since 1973. And is still waiting to be paid for 1000 cars it delivered in 1974

the country of Sweden decided to invest in a manufacturing plant in North Korea, in 1974, and also brought in 1000 Volvo sedans... they were used at taxis, and one was recently spotted by Embassy employees in 2016. They took at look at the odometer... over a half million miles, and it's still motoring along. Still not yet paid for by North Korea
